Ready to Run

So, I’ve recently gotten into running…well maybe jogging but I like to call it running; just makes me feel better. Any who…I guess I’ve got the runners high, I’ve always heard about it but thought it was silly and didn’t really exist, it does. Not only is it a healthy outlet, its good for the mind, body and soul. It has been a wonderful way for me to release stress. I’ll share with you some of my favorite songs to run too, hope this gives you some motivation to get out and run, happy exercising!!
